Eligibility criteria.

Encompass is available now for most advanced maternal age pregnancies.

Singleton pregnancy
At least 35 years old by estimated due date

Patients DO NOT qualify if they have any of the following preexisting conditions:

Prior pregnancy with preeclampsia
Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes (not including gestational diabetes)
Chronic hypertension
Chronic kidney disease
Lupus
Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome

Financial Assistance. If the cost is a barrier, our Financial Assistance Program can reduce the amount owed based on household income. This applies regardless of whether insurance covers part of the cost, denies the claim, or the patient chooses self-pay. If qualified for this program, the estimated cost is between $0 and $150.

HSA / FSA Eligible. Encompass qualifies for HSA and FSA funds. Patients can pay directly from either account or submit their receipt to their plan administrator.

Payment Plans. We offer flexible payment plans with no interest or fees. Patients or your practice can contact billing@encompasstest.com for assistance.
